Exchanges within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery: Full-priced items may be exchanged for a different size or store credit by notifying us within three days of delivery.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

Any exchanges must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Jasper is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer.

If a package is returned due to address issues, you’ll be responsible for both return shipping and redelivery costs.

If a package is marked as delivered, Jasper is not liable for lost or stolen items.

Items sent in for an exchange must be unused with tags. Damaged or soiled returns will be sent back to you.

Unidentified returned items will be returned to the sender.

A 20% restocking fee may apply.

Faulty items must be reported upon receipt. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.

Custom or made-to-measure orders are non-returnable.

Sample sale items or other discounted items are final sale and non-returnable.

Items with stains, odors, or signs of use will not be accepted for return or exchange.

If an item arrives to you with visible defects, please take photos of any such defects and send the photos to us. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

Standard delivery usually takes around 14 business days.

If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.
